CVL was set up in 1996 to specialise in Ventilation Systems Design and Packaged Air Conditioning Systems.

With two very experienced principals, David Stirzaker and Ferdi Borg, CVL has the capability to design, fabricate and install ventilation and air conditioning systems in hotels, offices, restaurants and factory units. David and Ferdi have been designing systems such as these for over 30 years.

Large ventilation and extract systems can be designed and estimated in days. The specialist CAD software will then develop the fabrication and installation costs for the job. Not only can jobs be quickly estimated, adjustments and changes can easily be introduced and re-estimated.

In 2000 the Group took over a fabrication facility based in South Croydon to enable CVL to control the fabrication part of each job and, together with their own site teams, have been able to deliver a turnkey system. It is probably why restaurants groups such as ASK and PREZZO have used CVL for many years to design, fabricate and install their ventilation and extract systems. The turnaround time for a new restaurant, from design to finished installation can be as little as four weeks.

The workshop employs experienced sheet metal workers and they specialise in bespoke and complicated fabrication which can be done at speed. The Plasma Cutting Machines link directly into the specialist CAD software to ensure accurate and speedy cutting. Site installations are done by experienced site teams.

On the air conditioning side, CVL is resourced to install large packaged air conditioning plant as well as simple split systems and is a D1 Partners with Daikin International.

CVL has the ability to take a job from design to installation. It has the technical and engineering expertise to ensure that the design is practical and cost effective and that the job is carefully managed. It has the experience to know how to get things done, quickly and efficiently. CVL has a long list of clients for whom they have worked for many years on site after site after site.
