The core of CVL's activities is the design, manufacture and install all types of ventilation systems. These include the straight forward office and commercial building fresh air and extract systems to the more complicated installations required for restaurants, food production and pharmaceutical operations.

Using CAD drawings from architects or consultant engineers, or from our own site surveys, CVL will design the ventilation systems which could include air handling units, filtration units, heating and cooling coils and fan coil units. Because CVL can fabricate ductwork, it means that we can be sure that our design work well and efficiently.

Where possible, CVL's designs will incorporate the latest energy saving techniques such as heat recovery coils and inverter regulators as well as the latest ultra violet technology for kitchen extract odour control.

Turnaround speed is always important, and CVL can produce drawings within a day or so of a site survey and can get ductwork manufactured almost as quickly. With their own installation teams CVL can get to site and install, again, within days.

CVL is familiar with building regulations and the planning process, and can process planning applications when required, especially when working directly for a client.
