The workshop in New Addington has the expertise and equipment to ensure that CVL produces high quality ductwork. The workshop also produces a range of air handling units and specials to order, as well as grill and plenum boxes.

Ductwork can be treated for special applications such as swimming pools, and CVL can produce acoustically or thermally lined ductwork, or double skinned ductwork for recording studios and other applications where noise is a problem.

The workshop is staffed by sheet metal workers who have years of experience between them and who embrace new technologies such as plasma cutting machines. These are linked into the CAD ductwork system so that sheets can be cut with minimum waste and maximum accuracy.

AutoCad drawings can have ductwork plans laid over them and sent directly to the plasma machines for cutting. The process is quick, easy and accurate.
